This Saturday (and 12/19) from 9 to 11 AM, the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust is offering free Victorian Christmas tours of the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio (951 Chicago, Oak Park). Led by children in grades 5 through 10, the tours focus on Wright family Christmas traditions and are part of the trust’s “Family Fun Days” program. Holiday music and hot chocolate follow the tours, and visitors can explore Wright’s drafting room and play with Froebel blocks– the same kind Wright used as a child to learn about shapes and design.
