In her near four-decade career, Annie Leibovitz has photographed everyone from Mick and Keith to Michelle and Barack; one of her most famous images was shot in the New York apartment John and Yoko shared (and which the photographer lived above at the time) just hours before Lennon’s murder. She introduces her latest book, Annie Leibovitz at Work, in which she tells the stories behind her photos, Tuesday night at 6 PM at the Harold Washington Library. Seating is first come, first served. Doors open at 5. See the Reader’s event listing here for details.
