Clinton, in the Chicago French Market) hosts a free talk by Leslie Cooperband, who in 2005 cofounded the Prairie Fruits Farm—Illinois’s first farmstead cheese-making facility—with partner Wes Jarrell. Following Cooperband’s talk, Pastoral offers free samples of small-batch Prairie Fruits goat cheese from 6 to 7 PM.
