The Union Street Gallery (1527 Otto in Chicago Heights) hosts a free reception for “Whiskers and Tails,” a regional art exhibition celebrating the animal kingdom, tonight from 6 to 9 PM. Contributing artists will be in attendance and there’ll be a donation-based mask-making workshop for both kids and adults. Light refreshments, including fruits and cheeses, will be provided.
