This Friday and Saturday, October 28 and 29, the Pilsen supper club S&M’s Underground—named, mind you, after the initials of the husband and wife who run it—will host the second round of its four-course “Burmese-esque” dinner for a $45 suggested donation. The menu includes south- and southeast-Asian-inspired combos like pappardelle with spare rib, fig, and cardamom and pig-tail-wrapped scallops with mango, avocado, lemon, ginger, and sorrel, plus fried feta and oysters (pictured). (The menu can also accommodate vegetarians on request.) It’s BYO; for reservations visit reserve.smunderground.org or e-mail m@smunderground.org.
