If you love books but wish they were a bit sexier, so they could compete with Siri and the Kindle Fire and all the other fancy new apps and gadgets and things your mom is gonna get your for Christmas ’cause she’s hip too you know, then you should . . . well, you’re screwed. But you can still find some hot book-on-book action in this Spike Jonze-directed, stop-motion short about what books’ illustrations at Paris’s Shakespeare & Co. get up to after hours. It’s been making its way around the blogosphere in the last few days, and it’s quite moving for a minute-long clip.
