If Paul Kahan’s tweet is to be believed (and why wouldn’t it be?) it looks like the rumors are true. Blackbird chef de cuisine Mike Sheerin will be named among Food and Wine magazine’s ten Best New Chefs of 2010 to be announced later on today.
