There’s a nice spread of Early Warnings this week, highlighted by a couple of Metro shows: the one and only Snoop Dogg comes to town in mid-February, undoubtedly accompanied by an enormous and mostly superfluous entourage, and in late April the seven Welsh boys and girls in Los Campesinos! stop by for a delightful evening of angst-ridden lyrics and summery indie rock.
Other worthwhile announcements this week include electro-pop freaks Yacht at the Empty Bottle at the end of February, indie darlings Surfer Blood at Schubas in March, and Huey Lewis & the News at the Venue at Horseshoe Casino in mid-April.
