The new artist-run underground supper club Piranha Club launches Friday at Roots & Culture with the “Bone Dinner.” Eric May (of the E-Dogz food truck), Sean Starowitz, and Andrew Erdich (Bread KC) will present a tribute to FOOD, the SoHo restaurant run by Carol Goodden and Gordon Matta-Clark in the early 70s. It’ll be five courses, and the bones from the meal will be cleaned, made into jewelry, and given to attendees. The menu hasn’t yet been posted, but the press release says this: “We might cook mushrooms, or native grass, a goat’s spleen, or even your shoe.”
