This sweet dress has potential to become a go-to summer frock:
As usual, designers Elizabeth Del Castillo and Kelly Whitesell reference a mish-mash of eras. A cream, black-trimmed panel on a camisole makes me think of the bodice of a dress from the late 1800s; high waists reference the 1940s, and ethnic prints bring the 70s to mind–as well as the contemporary zig-zaggy prints of Missoni.
