Chicago’s excellent experimental music presenter Lampo has been quiet since losing its space at 216 W. Chicago last summer. In March it copresented a video-and-music performance at the Gene Siskel Film Center with the Conversations at the Edge Series by Takeshi Murata and Robert Beatty, but next week it finally busts out with a pure music event. A concert by Japanese conceptualist, instrument builder, and sound artist Tomomi Adachi is the first of three events planned for the next few months.
