AccuRadio is playing Factory Records jams all day today on their “Vintage Violence” channel. (Which should appear at the top of the page you’re directed to.) I definitely can’t claim to know anything more about Tony Wilson than the average person who owns 24 Hour Party People and watches it every two weeks or so, but I’m sure he’d prefer you mourn his passing by listening to a bunch of records rather than moping. Although probably the best way you could salute him would be to try to make the world a better place for art, artists, thinking seriously about stuff, and basically fucking shit up hardcore, so if you were thinking about starting a doomed but incredible record label, right now would be a good time to do that.
