It seems appropriate to follow my last post with this article from the Wall Street Journal (via Jezebel), in which a dean from Parsons and New York-based fashion designer Randi Rahm were asked if they could pick out a pricey item from Barneys amid a selection of clothes from high-low collaborations from Target and H&M. One got it, the other didn’t. But both were impressed with the quality of some of the cheap-chic garments.
