After a few bumps in the road, it looks like the proposed food truck ordinance will finally be introduced at tomorrow’s City Council meeting. A draft has been vetted by various city departments, and 32nd Ward alderman (and potential mayoral candidate) Scott Waguespack says the legislation—which, if enacted, will allow the cooking of fresh food on “Mobile Food Facilities”—is ready to go.
