Last night Fred Anderson closed out his 80th birthday celebration with two sets of music at the Hideout. The music was terrific, but it was rivaled by the cake, which celebrated both the saxophonist’s birthday and his club the Velvet Lounge. Hideout co-owner Katie Tuten ordered it for the occasion.
