Lupe Fiasco’s doing one of those MySpace Secret Shows tomorrow night at the Metro (8 PM, all-ages). The show’s free, but to get in you’ll need a wristband, and you’ll have to get in line for one at Tower Records on Clark starting at 10 AM. You’ll also need to bring along a printout of your MySpace profile–with the MySpace Secret Shows profile in your top 8. The Metro will have a limited number of wristbands for a few lucky people who miss out at Tower, but I wouldn’t count on being able to get one without standing in line all day.

Is anyone else getting tired of having to basically make out with a multinational corporation in order to get into shows? Is “actually buying concert tickets” going to turn into the new “actually buying music on CD?”
