Venerable indie imprint Bar/None of Hoboken, New Jersey–which has released albums by Yo La Tengo, Freedy Johnston, Tindersticks, Shrimp Boat, and Esquivel, among others–is offering a free download of its new sampler at Amazon. Most of the eight tracks are by new-to-the-label artists like former Mendoza Line singer Shannon McArdle and Smash Mouth guitarist Greg Camp, but there is a vintage cut by Hoboken pop visionaries the Individuals.
