Paul Feig is a bit of a dandy—not something you’d expect from the guy who directed a movie with a now-famous gross-out vomiting scene or the creator of the much-missed TV show Freaks and Geeks, which focused a scruffy band of high school oddballs whose taste in clothing ran to old army jackets and bell-bottom jeans. Yet as this video for British GQ makes clear, in which he visits the Savile Row bespoke tailors Norton & Sons, he has a penchant and appreciation for the finer things in a wardrobe. Incidentally, the video also helps to demystify the process for choosing and buying a custom-made suit. You don’t have to go to London either—there are plenty of places that will make you one here in Chicago.
