Andersonville stores, restaurants and gyms will be offering discounts and gifts to anyone with a bicycle helmet during “Andersonville Bike Week,” May 12-18. Participants include Cheetah Gym’s Andersonville location (free classes), Active Health Centers (half-off hourlong massages), and AthletiCo Physical Therapy (free injury screenings).

Among the many scheduled events: Cyclists who bike to work can net a complimentary breakfast from the Coffee Studio next Friday, May 16. The Know No Limits fitness center will be hosting free spinning classes Wednesday, May 14, at 6:30 PM, and the following Sunday, May 18, at 10 AM. Andersonville Physical Therapy has a free pilates class at 9:30 that Sunday morning, too. And what does pilates have to do with cycling? Well, a bike helmet’s required to get into the class. Safety first, free shit later.
