Greasy glam punks the Black Halos (of Vancouver, B.C.) had a terrifying amount of uninsured gear stolen from them this weekend–read the full list at their MySpace page. The heist occurred in Montreal, almost 800 miles away, so odds of much of it turning up here might seem slim, but pawn shops aren’t necessarily the favored way to unload this sort of stuff anymore–the Internet is everywhere. Some 400 copies of the band’s latest album, We Are Not Alone, were also pilfered. There’s contact info at the first link above in case you see anything.
