Fans of manic garage punk and/or fashion-y casual wear take note: edgy local T-shirt line Designer Drugs is in need of a new name. To that end they’re holding a contest, with a very intriguing prize on the line. Whoever comes up with the winning name will receive not only a bunch of T-shirts, a lifetime Grooveshark membership, and two tickets to see King Khan’s new project Tandoori Knights and Nobunny at the Bottom Lounge on 11/26, but also a pizza party at Pequod’s with the bands, complete with booze, round-trip limo ride, and photo documentation by Todd Diederich, whose “Todd’s People” series for Vice is one of my favorite things going. From the way that setup sounds I’d imagine you’ll need a photographer around if you want to have any sort of memories of anything that happens that night.
