Today marks my last blog post on the Bleader. I’ll still be working in Chicago and writing about the art scene; you can find me on Twitter.
In the meantime, here are some arty things to do this weekend. Thanks for reading.
“The Tipping Point of Me and We”
The Contemporary Arts Council asks artists and writers to consider “what they are seeing, living and experiencing in the tumultuous moments of the present human experience” in “The Tipping Point of Me and We,” which opens tonight. The show is curated by Tempestt Hazel—founder of the website Sixty Inches From Center—and participating artists are Michael Dinges, EJ Hill, Honey Pot Performance, Peter Kepha, Nicolas Lampert and Paul Kjelland, Kenrick Mcfarlane, Mark Moleski, Sarah Ross, South Side Projections, and Jabari Zuberi.
Fri 6/1, 5-8 PM, Little Black Pearl, 1060 E. 47th
