Voted Best Indie Crafter two years running in the Reader‘s Best of Chicago issue, Steff Bomb makes her basic cable debut tonight on TLC’s Craft Wars at 10 PM CST/11 PM EST. The hour-long show pits three crafters against one another in themed challenges with “wacky materials” until one emerges victorious, having concocted a painfully adorable stuffed whatever. Steff explains it best: “It’s very Beyond The Thunderdome, but with more hot glue and less Tina Turner.”
