Elsewhere, Mick Dumke wrote about how deep city job cuts are affecting black and Hispanic neighborhoods more than they are anywhere else. Dumke also documented an appearance he made on CAN TV, wherein former CPD superintendent Jody Weis criticized pot arrests.
