- Hoffman in the stage production of “Jack Goes Boating”
Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman will appear at the Music Box on Thursday, January 28, at 7:30 PM to screen and discuss his directorial debut, Jack Goes Boating. The program is part of the Sundance Film Festival’s new touring edition, with screening/discussions in eight cities across the U.S. Seymour talks about the movie, among many other topics, in this excellent profile by Lynn Hirschberg, which appeared in the New York Times back in December 2008.
