We’re kicking off Giving Tuesday early this year! Your donation today will be matched up to $10K, doubling your impact! If you donate $50 today, the Reader will receive $100.

The Reader is now a community-funded nonprofit newsroom. Can we count on your support to help keep us publishing?

Looking for something to do today? Agenda‘s got you covered.

What with their being rotting corpses and all, you wouldn’t think zombies would have very nice knockers, would you? In the Walking Dead-themed burlesque show Boobs of the Dead, the virus that reanimates the dead actually makes them sexier than they were when they were alive—fishnets, bustiers, and all. It’s way more fun than watching Glenn and Maggie do it in a prison watchtower. Check it out at Gorilla Tango Theatre tonight.

The Dark Wave Disco DJs—Mark Gertz, Greg Corner, and Trancid—reunite to spin the classics at Debonair Social Club tonight. Special appearances by Kid Color and Heaven Malone.

Tonight the Music Box is screening Ms. 45, Abel Ferrara’s 1981 thriller about a mute seamstress who targets New York City’s male population in a revenge-induced killing spree. As Dave Kehr writes, “the cruddy, low-key lighting, the sleazy New York City locations, the vividly rendered violence, and the weird intensity of the lead actress (one Zoe Tamerlis) add up to a vision so oppressively bleak it’s barely tolerable. In other words, check it out.”
