Looking for something to do today? Agenda‘s got you covered.

The Reader‘s Miles Raymer recommends DJ Zain Curtis, aka Teen Witch. A man of many talents, Curtis is a “party promoter, DJ, zine maker, and visual artist (both real-world and Internet), and somehow he’s really good at all of it,” Raymer writes. Tonight at Empty Bottle, Teen Witch Fan Club will perform along with Katey Red, Darren Keen, and Swaguerrilla.

Comedian and podcast host Adam Carolla discusses his new book, President Me: The America That’s in My Head, with Chicago Sun-Times film critic Richard Roeper. The book outlines Carolla’s satirical candidacy for president, describing his hope for a country “free of Big Government, barefoot fliers, lazy hipsters who’d rather ‘Occupy’ than work, and the other things that are bringing our country down.” Carolla and Roeper will appear at North Central College’s Naperville campus tonight.

Tonight at the Hideout the city’s future is in the hands of Alderman Ed Bus (53rd). Sketch group Schadenfreude presents The 53rd Ward: After Dark with guests alderman Bob Fioretti (2nd), The Interview Show‘s Mark Bazer, Danielle Colby of American Pickers, and our very own Mick Dumke.
