Looking for something to do today? Agenda‘s got you covered.

The Arts of Life Blowout Sale and Block Party gives Chicago artists and designers a chance to display their work and, hopefully, make some money off it. The money raised will go to supplying creative adults with disabilities, and the food and drink comes from Rogue Catering and Finch’s Beer Company.

This weekend marks the 59th year for the annual Ginza Festival. Held at the Midwest Buddhist Temple, the fest celebrates Japanese culture with taiko drumming, classical dance performances, and demonstrations of martial arts and bonsai. The food features classic Japanese dishes, including udon, sushi, and edamame.

There’ll be no monkeying around tonight at the Lincoln Park Zoo’s Adults Night Out. Must be 18 to enter the zoo tonight, likely providing a quieter, less hectic atmosphere for animal viewing with the clutters of screaming kids and swarms of day campers absent.
