Looking for something to do today? Agenda’s got you covered:

Links Hall and Mike Reed (Pitchfork Festival mastermind, booker, jazz drummer) have forged a partnership to open Constellation, a new interdisciplinary venue. Tonight’s inaugural show, Fracture: A Dance in Progress, features choreographers performing excerpts of new works.

“Though she’s still the drummer of Ottawa garage-pop trio the White Wires, Allie Hanlon stepped out into sunshiny solo territory in 2009 as Peach Kelli Pop,” writes Kevin Warwick in Soundboard. “She released a self-titled full-length on Burger Records that’s a beachy, dreamy hybrid of girl-group pop and occasionally strange rock ‘n’ roll.” Catch her set at Burlington, alongside Summer Girlfriends and Palmflower.

His set tonight at Up Comedy Club is sold out, but Demetri Martin will be on hand at Barnes & Noble in the DePaul Center to sign copies of his book Point Your Face at This.
