Looking for something to do today? Agenda‘s got you covered.

The summer-long Downtown Sound series continues for another Monday of outdoor music. Today’s artists are locals Maps & Atlases and California psych-rock band Wooden Shjips. The free concert begins at 6:30 PM, so pack a picnic basket and head to Pritzker Pavilion for some trippy jams.

Fictilicious is mixing things up. The event series has previously been held on Tuesdays, but tonight it’s taking on the Monday blues. The theme this week is “stuck,” and featured performances include readings by Scott Onak, Anna Scott, John Gallagher, Chelsea Voulgares, and Micki LeSueur, as well as musical performances by Liam Davis, Typhanie Monique with Rick Gehrenbeck, and Jennifer Solheim.

Wanna boogie? Or perhaps you prefer the jitterbug, the tango, or the conga? At tonight’s No Light No Lycra, you can dance in whichever style you choose, without rules or inhibitions. Founded in Melbourne, No Light No Lycra is a dance community dedicated to de-stressing in the dark, with “no light, no lycra, no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique, just free movement,” according to its website.
