Looking for something to do today? Agenda‘s got you covered.

Clean out your closet and get some new duds—with music from Girl Group Chicago in your ear and a glass of champagne in your hand—at the Sunday Afternoon Clothing Swap at Chop Shop. Bring in your gently used, stylish outfits (at least two items) to swap with other fashion-forward clothes hounds, or buy something fresh from vendors like Bitter Betty Bath, Gypsy Fox, and Prunella Papercraft.

The Arts Club of Chicago’s newest exhibit “Pictures for an Exhibition,” featuring the work of conceptual artist Simon Starling, opens tonight. Laura Pearson had the opportunity to talk to the artist last week; read about it here, then go check out the exhibit for yourself.

The oft-melancholy Boston band Somos cooks up music tonight at Beat Kitchen with Runaway Brothers, We’ve Got Ours, Cheyenne Line, and Veronica Penny. In Soundboard, Leor Galil writes, “There’s an undercurrent of optimism even when the subject matter is grim: on ‘Domestic,’ about a woman worn down by violent relationships, the guitarists play with all their might, as though the power of their huge, rocket-powered riffs could somehow make her story turn out all right.”
