Looking for something to do today? Agenda‘s got you covered.

Chicago-bred hip-hop songstress Kid Sister isn’t seen around these parts too much anymore, at least not as much as she was when she dropped her debut, Ultraviolet, back in 2009 (you remember the singles “Right Hand Hi” and “Pro Nails,” Kanye cameo and all). Tonight she hits Berlin for a live performance that’ll undoubtedly help you shake off the stank of Christmas.

There are only three short days left to see Larry Kramer’s story of lives affected by AIDS, The Normal Heart, at Stage 773. Tony Adler calls the cast an “ace ensemble” and writes, “I recommend the show for their sake and, yes, because it’s important.”

Gloria Bond Clunie’s play Merry Kwanzaa tells the story of four generations who come together over the power of faith. You can catch it today at the Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center.
