Every damn week the staple improv-comedy duo of T.J. Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi spend 45 minutes making something out of absolutely nothing. You may know Jagodowski from the Sonic commercials or whatever, but long-form improv with Pasquesi is his natural habitat, and you’re not going to meet a pair of comics better at playing off one another. Rock band Young Widows performs tonight at Subterranean. In Soundboard Kevin Warwick writes of their latest album, “Easy Pain is chock-full of long fuses, one tied to the other—of the eight tracks, only one is under five minutes—but it’s as hard-nosed as anything Young Widows have done, and more intense.”
