Tickets for the Chicago Dancing Festival are long sold out, but lucky for you, the opening night’s performances are being simulcast in Millennium Park for free. This year’s celebration of dance features Hubbard Street, Joffrey Ballet, Martha Graham Dance Company, and a new original work from Kyle Abraham.

Donnie Moore and Madison Moore of Absolutely Not! host Glitter Creeps, a “rock/punk/new wave” queer dance party. This month’s get down features performances from Mr. Ma’am and Flesh Panthers with DJs Donnie Dickwad and Adam Black spinning all night at Whiskey Trust Tavern and Distillery.

Blues guitarist Coco Montoya plays at SPACE tonight. The former member of John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers goes solo, putting his vocals front and center.
