New Year’s Eve was the last night for Seasons and for Evanston’s Jacky’s on Prairie, both of which will be reopening in different form next year—Seasons as something more casual and contemporary; Jacky’s as Hota, which will offer an eclectic global menu with an emphasis on sustainability. Now One SixtyBlue will be joining them in “reconcepting.” Its last night of service was Saturday.
