Simonson to direct “Grapes of Wrath” at Carnegie Hall

Steppenwolf Theatre ensemble member Eric Simonson, author and director of the troupe’s current show Fake, will direct composer Ricky Ian Gordon’s and librettist Michael Korie’s operatic adaptation of John Steinbeck’s novel The Grapes of Wrath next March at Carnegie Hall, Playbill.com reports (http://www.playbill.com/news/article/133122-Grapes_of_Wrath_Concert_with
