Yet whether wooing commuters with fair-trade coffee or Mexican snacks, those that have tried never seem to make it. Now Egyptian born Ezat Nada is invoking the power of love to dispel any bad mojo associated with the place. Nada, who arrived in Chicago five months ago via Paris, where he ran his own creperie, is planning to duplicate the model here with an astonishing 15 savory and ten sweet varieties in addition to teas, coffee, ice cream, malts, shakes, smoothies, and juices.
