It ain’t easy dressing up for New Year’s Eve in this town. Looking glam in freezing weather is not for beginners, I’ll tell you that. You will feel cold as you enter and exit whatever party you’re attending—but the sight of you doesn’t necessarily have to make people shiver. Quinn, whom I shot as she was leaving the Owl in Logan Square, looks festive yet somewhat warm, and, yes, glam as hell. Now there is a girl who knows how to accessorize: she picked interesting items that work together seamlessly, elevating her jumpsuit-and-faux-fur combo. Honorable mention goes to the golden-toe pumps. Plus she doesn’t need to worry about losing some ugly puffy jacket (aka UPJ) while hanging out in a crowded place with no coatroom. This girl travels smoothly from indoors to outdoors, and hopefully from one year to the next.

Have a happy and stylish 2014, y’all!
