I spotted Louis while he did some late-night shopping with his dog Simone. He was surprised when I asked for a picture, saying he just threw on those pieces to run a quick errand. But boy, way to throw on some clothes: cuffing hems, tucking in the crisp white shirt, pulling his cap backward, picking a cool neon-lined tote . . . I’m sure that attention to detail didn’t take him more than a couple of extra minutes, but what a difference it makes! Louis is wise: you never know who you’re gonna run into. Maybe an enthusiastic street-style photographer?
