Want to switch to reusable shopping bags but don’t know what to do with the mess of plastic ones under your kitchen sink? In celebration of Earth Day tomorrow, April 22, Jewel-Osco stores across Chicagoland will be giving away reusable grocery sacks to the first 200 shoppers who bring in ten plastic bags for recycling.
