Oh, the panopticon that is Chicago. Surveillance isn’t just for “bad” neighborhoods anymore: if you’re going to cheat on your spouse, make sure to take surface streets.
It’s not even just for big cities anymore: Liberty, Kansas (pop. 95), and other small communities around the country are joining in the GWOT by recording everything on Homeland Security’s dime. I hope it works better for y’all than it works for us.
