On Tuesday the New York Times ran “I Was a Cookbook Ghostwriter,” a piece by Julia Moskin relating anecdotes of her time in the cottage industry. Rachael Ray, one of the celebrity chefs mentioned, has since denied using ghostwriters, according to Eater National.

Amelia Levin’s The Chicago Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes From the Windy City, a collection drawn from more than 50 Chicago restaurants, will be released on April 17.
