Beginning on Sunday, Logan Square Kitchen will be the site of a pop-up preview of Trenchermen, a restaurant from Mike (formerly of Blackbird) and Patrick (formerly of the Signature Room) Sheerin that’s scheduled to open in March. The five-course menu features “pickle tots,” scallops and oyster avgolemeno, agnolotti with ricotta and sake lees, aged duck breast, and coffee cake with fried chocolate and tofu chai ice cream. It’s $120, which includes pairings of beer, wine, sake, and cocktails. Seatings are at 7:30 PM Sunday, 5:30 and 8 PM Monday, and 5:30, 7:30, and 9:30 PM Tuesday; tickets are available for purchase here.
