Back in the spring local psych revivalists Secret Colours self-released a new album, Peach, that continued their ongoing exploration of the kind of fuzzed-out, head-trippy sonic spaces that have been charted in the past by groups like the Velvets and Spacemen 3. The second single from the album is “Blackbird (Only One),” which amps up their shoegaze-y edge and slathers on a whole lotta wah pedal.
The new video for “Blackbird” follows a couple of stylish young people on a slightly surreal crime spree in a very nice old Mustang. We have the exclusive premiere after the jump.
