Since we learned about it last summer, the Chicago High School for the Arts has held auditions and invited students to join its first class, starting in the fall.  But parents trying to decide whether to send a kid there still don’t know where the school will be located.  The buzz is that officials are waiting for CPS to give the green light on a former school building near the Red Line stop at North and Clybourn; the school says it hopes to have something to announce in April. A CPS spokesperson said only that they expect to make an announcement within the next month.
