A three-day festival of Bosnian-Herzegovinian shorts and features, screening by DVD projection. Among the features are Ademir Kenovic’s Kuduz (1989), about an ex-con whose marriage is compromised by his wife’s infidelity (Sat 4/26, 5 PM); Milcho Manchevski’s Dust (2001), about a New York burglar being held at gunpoint by the old woman he was trying to rob (Sat 4/26, 8 PM); and Danis Tanovic’s No Man’s Land (2000), which Patrick Z. McGavin described as “a rueful yet often funny account of a tense standoff between two soldiers, one a Bosnian and the other a Serb, in a Bosnian demilitarized zone in 1993.”
