A sequel to a 1993 Robocop knockoff, set in Africa in the 1980s, where a woman from the future (Sue Price) possessing a super DNA gene is pursued by a death-dealing cyborg named Nemesis (Chad Stahelski). Albert Pyun wrote and directed this S-F action adventure, which costars Earl White, Tina Cote. Karen Studder, Jahi Zuri, and Shelton Bailey.
