Two videotapes of Beckett works. The first includes Not I, directed onstage by Lawrence Sacharow in 1989; Quad I, choreographed by Suzanne Lek (1988); What Where, directed by John Reilly (1988); and Beckett’s only screenplay, the silent Film, directed by Alan Schneider and starring Buster Keaton, who’s seen almost exclusively from behind. The second, a half-hour documentary by Reilly made in 1987, concerns a production of Waiting for Godot by San Quentin inmates.
