Burroughs classic onto the big screen (6:15 PM); Quentin Dupieux’s Rubber (2010), about an auto tire with telepathic powers (8:30 PM); the 1988 remake The Blob, with director Chuck Russell in person (10 PM); and Paul W.S. Anderson’s Event Horizon (1997), about astronauts journeying to Neptune to recover a lost spacecraft (midnight).
