Inept behind the wheel of a car, eager cop Jimmy Fallon (from Saturday Night Live) commandeers a supercharged taxi driven by Queen Latifah. Throw in a team of fashion-model bank robbers and a police force of mind-numbing incompetence and you get a noisy Hollywood crash-’em-up hustled from one scene to the next by a series of pop-music cues. I expected this to be much funnier: Latifah coasts on her charm, and Fallon seems incapable of playing an actual character. Tim Story (Barbershop) directed. PG-13, 100 min.
